    Our Executive Director is responsible for the overall administration and management of the Department of Employment and Workforce. With the implementation of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998, one of his major focuses has been the development of the South Carolina One-Stop Workforce System to meet the needs of the State's businesses, job seekers and those who want to further their careers all in a single location.
