    • Supports economic and workforce development programs
    • Provides the basis for the National Career Readiness Certificate

    WIN Strategic Compass
    This WorkReady SC component offers state workforce, education, and economic development agencies a strategic planning tool. Its data analysis reveals local, regional, and state economic trends, workforce availability, and skill levels. It identifies current and anticipated gaps on the skills employers demand and promotes better understanding of short- and long-term workforce needs. Its courseware enhances and assesses candidates’ job readiness. It helps find qualified workers and gets them training. It offers resources as well for partners and economic developers.
