"Most people think this is just one job, but we all have our roles. We have one guy who focuses on making sure our brick foundation is sturdy. Someone on the team picks the type of bricks that we use for a project and helps create a design. And then there’s me; I’m the one who lays and places the bricks in an organized manner. It's got to be straight because even being off by a few centimeters will make a difference brick after brick.
At the end of the day, our entire team comes together to create a good-looking masonry structure."
