Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL)

SC Works Online Services, Eligible Training Provider List

The state’s Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) has moved to SC Works Online Services (SCWOS) at https://jobs.scworks.org/vosnet/default.aspx.

SCWOS provides improved navigation, expanded capabilities, and enhanced performance metrics, making it easier for both jobseekers and training providers to use.

The ETPL is a comprehensive catalog of WIOA‑approved training programs, including classroom instruction, online learning, and apprenticeship opportunities designed to support local in‑demand occupations. Training providers and their programs are added to the ETPL through an initial and continued application process managed by the S.C. Department of Employment and Workforce (DEW).

Training providers may use SCWOS to:

• Assess the performance of their training programs.
• Create, submit, or update ETPL applications and programs.
• Upload required documentation.
